Consultant Radiation Oncologist – Tax-Free UAE Opportunity

About the role

We are a leading multispecialty hospital in Dubai expanding our Oncology Department. The Consultant / Specialist Radiation Oncologist will join a multidisciplinary cancer care team, delivering state‑of‑the‑art radiotherapy to an international patient base.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose and manage patients requiring radiation therapy for malignant and selected benign conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using advanced planning systems such as IMRT, IGRT, VMAT, SBRT and SRS.
• Deliver precise radiation treatment in line with international clinical protocols.
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards with medical, surgical oncologists, radiologists and pathologists.
• Monitor treatment response, manage side effects and provide palliative care when needed.
• Supervise radiation therapists, medical physicists and dosimetrists, and ensure quality‑assurance compliance.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic medical records per UAE regulations.

Required profile

• Board‑certified Radiation Oncology specialist (American Board, UK CCT/FRCR, European Board, Royal College, Australian Fellowship, Arab Board or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years post‑specialist or board‑certification experience.
• Experience with modern radiotherapy technologies and multidisciplinary cancer care.
