Consultant Specialist Cardiologist (Western Qualified)

About the role

A leading UAE healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Consultant Cardiologist with a recognized Western qualification. The role involves delivering comprehensive cardiovascular care across inpatient, outpatient and emergency settings.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialist‑level cardiology services and manage acute and chronic cardiac conditions.
• Perform and interpret ECG, echocardiography, stress testing and other cardiac investigations.
• Treat patients with coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, valvular disease and related disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and ensure accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with cardiac surgeons, electrophysiologists, radiologists and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in clinical governance, teaching, research and quality‑improvement activities.

Required profile

• MBBS/MD or equivalent medical degree.
• Recognized Western Board or Fellowship qualification in Cardiology.
• Consultant‑level clinical experience, preferably in a tertiary‑care or teaching hospital.
• Current specialist registration, good professional standing and eligibility for DOH/DHA licensing.
• Strong clinical, communication and leadership abilities.
