Consultant Urological Surgeon – Abu Dhabi (High‑Earning)

About the role

A leading healthcare provider in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Urological Surgeon to join its multidisciplinary clinical team. The position involves comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, surgical treatment and follow‑up care for a wide range of urological conditions within a modern hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and manage patients with kidney, ureter, bladder, prostate, urethra and male reproductive system disorders.
• Perform endoscopic, minimally invasive, laparoscopic and open urological surgeries according to clinical standards.
• Provide specialist consultation for complex cases and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with oncology, nephrology, radiology, pathology and emergency medicine teams.
• Conduct pre‑operative assessments, post‑operative management and long‑term follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, surgical records and consent forms.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Required profile

• Board‑certified urologist with extensive experience in surgical practice.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary, high‑volume clinical setting.
• Strong communication skills for patient counselling and team collaboration.
• Commitment to evidence‑based practice and compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.
