Contract Specialist – Real Estate

About the role

Oia Properties is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Contract Specialist to support its resale, leasing, and property‑management operations in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on managing contracts, transaction documentation, and compliance with UAE real‑estate regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and process resale contracts (MOUs) in line with UAE regulations and company standards.
• Handle Tawtheeq applications and related documentation.
• Create and manage property‑management contracts and oversee associated processes.
• Coordinate with agents, developers, clients, and government entities to ensure timely transaction closures.
• Verify client documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor transaction timelines, prepare addendums, and track key milestones.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Listings, Legal, Finance, Operations) to streamline workflows.
• Conduct due‑diligence to mitigate risks and protect client and company interests.
• Maintain organized document‑control systems and prepare transaction reports for management.
• Serve as primary contact between internal stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in the UAE real‑estate sector.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach.
• Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
