Coordinator of Royal & VIP Medical Services

About the role

The Coordinator will support the Royal, Protocol, International and Executive Health (R‑PIE) division, ensuring that high‑profile VIP patients receive confidential, comprehensive coordination of medical services throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Coordinator in resolving complaints or incidents involving Royal/VIP patients.
• Escort patients to appointments, deliver medications, explain follow‑up tests and cost estimates.
• Act as the initial point of contact for assigned VIP patients, handling inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate care by communicating with external entities, clinical staff and operational teams via email and phone.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and requests.
• Represent the department in meetings related to VIP patient issues and liaise with other facilities.
• Participate in cross‑functional teams, committees and departmental process‑improvement activities.
• Support senior management in assessing and managing VIP patient services.
