Corporate Events Sales Executive

About the role

The Corporate Events Sales Executive drives sales of corporate events across Capital Motion's portfolio of restaurants, lounges, and entertainment venues in Abu Dhabi. You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with corporate clients, and ensure seamless event execution to deliver exceptional experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new corporate clients for meetings, product launches, team‑building activities, and private events.
• Generate revenue through cold calling, networking, referrals and client visits while maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
• Prepare customized proposals, quotations, presentations and negotiate pricing within approved guidelines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for event inquiries, conduct venue tours and maintain an updated client database.
• Coordinate with venue operations teams to communicate client expectations, manage logistics and ensure successful event delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system and produce weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing recommendations to enhance event offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Event Management or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in event sales, hospitality sales, corporate sales or business development.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
