Corporate Sales Executive – Hospitality

About the role

The Corporate Sales Executive will act as the primary point of contact for corporate guests and partners, driving revenue through effective sales techniques while maintaining strong guest loyalty for the Sheraton brand.

Key responsibilities

• Contact appropriate individuals or departments (e.g., Sales, Data Administration, Accounting) to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.
• Apply sales techniques to maximize revenue, including up‑selling and promoting brand awareness.
• Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received via phone, fax, or mail.
• Enter and manage Marriott Rewards information in the relevant software.
• Answer, record, and address all guest inquiries and concerns.
• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (filing, emailing, typing, faxing).
• Assist management in training and motivating employees, serving as a role model.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and protection of company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate service needs, and express genuine appreciation.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in written documents.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least two years of relevant work experience in sales or hospitality.
• No supervisory experience required.
