Corporate Sales Manager – Hotel Industry

About the role

The Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina is seeking a full‑time Corporate Sales Manager to lead and grow its corporate market segment. You will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that attract business travellers and corporate clients, ensuring the hotel meets its revenue and occupancy targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in leading the property’s corporate sales effort and building long‑term, value‑based client relationships.
• Develop and implement an aggressive solicitation program to increase corporate business.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute a sales plan aligned with revenue goals.
• Analyse market data using sales systems and adjust strategies to meet financial targets for rooms and catering.
• Review guest satisfaction results to identify improvement areas.
• Coordinate forecasting with the Revenue Department for accurate reporting.
• Prepare annual Sales & Marketing plans, quarterly updates, and the annual budget.
• Deliver exemplary customer service throughout the client’s event lifecycle.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent the hotel at customer events, trade shows, and sales missions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in corporate sales within a four‑ or five‑star hotel or comparable industry.
• Proven ability to work with multicultural teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, high performance standards and ability to meet deadlines.
