About the role
Procer Worldwide Technical Services is hiring a Cost Control Manager for MEP and industrial factory projects within EPC infrastructure in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The position is permanent, starts as soon as possible, and sits within the project control team of a major UAE construction and infrastructure group. The manager will report to the Planning/Project Control Head and directly to top executives and the board.
Key responsibilities
- Manage cost control activities for MEP systems and the construction of manufacturing facilities.
- Prepare and present cost reports to the Planning/Project Control Head and senior executives/board.
- Supervise cost control processes to ensure alignment with project budgets and schedules.
Required profile
- Minimum 15 years of cost control experience in civil infrastructure projects.
- 8–10 + years in a senior cost control role for EPC infrastructure.
- UAE/GCC experience required, including at least 5 years on Saudi Arabia (KSA) projects.
