About the role

We are looking for a motivated Counter Sales Advisor Cum Coordinator to join our fast‑paced sales team in Dubai. The role combines direct customer interaction at the sales counter with coordination duties across departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Process sales transactions, handle payments and maintain accurate records.
• Build strong relationships, understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing and inventory teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming sales counter and manage customer inquiries promptly.
• Assist with inventory management, monitor stock levels and trigger re‑orders.
• Collaborate on promotional events and stay updated on building‑materials trends.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and a safe work environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales and coordination role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of building materials and the construction industry is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in sales and inventory management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem‑solving attitude and flexibility to adapt to schedule changes.
• High school diploma required; a college degree is advantageous.
