Couture Fashion Designer – Luxury Bridal & Evening Wear

About the role

The Couture Fashion Designer will create exclusive, high‑end bridal and evening gowns that embody elegance, innovation, and Hazar’s unique brand identity. Working closely with brides, master cutter, embroidery and tailoring teams, the designer will oversee each piece from concept to final production, ensuring flawless execution and personalized detail.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new design concepts, sketches, and mini‑mannequins aligned with collection themes and current luxury bridal trends.
• Oversee the entire dress development process, from fabric selection and sample creation to fittings and final production.
• Manage a team of hand embroiders, machine embroiders, and tailors, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
• Continuously monitor schedules and quality standards to guarantee on‑time completion of each gown.

Required profile

• Degree in Fashion Design.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a high‑end haute couture bridal environment.
• Excellent knowledge of fabrics, embroidery techniques, and fabric‑fall compatibility.
