Creative Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Designer to produce high-quality visual communication, multimedia content and branding assets for a leading Abu Dhabi‑based client. The role sits within the Marketing & Communications department and reports to the Marketing & Communications Manager on a six‑month fixed‑term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative assets in line with corporate brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
• Design marketing and communication materials such as presentations, brochures, reports, posters, flyers, annual reports and other branded collateral.
• Create and adapt visuals for digital platforms, websites, social media channels and internal communication campaigns.
• Produce motion graphics, animated content and short‑form videos for corporate campaigns, presentations and digital platforms.
• Support videography requirements, including filming corporate events, internal campaigns, interviews and branded content.
• Handle video editing, post‑production, sound synchronization, transitions, subtitles and final delivery of professional multimedia assets.
• Assist branding initiatives, corporate campaigns and event‑related design requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing & Communications team to ensure consistency, quality and timely delivery of all creative outputs.
• Leverage AI‑powered creative tools to improve design efficiency, content generation and production workflows while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage multiple design requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience as a Creative Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Prior experience working within a corporate or large organisational environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across print, digital and branding projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and related tools.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout design and visual communication principles.
• Hands‑on experience in videography, video editing, motion graphics and multimedia production.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Canva AI, ChatGPT or similar platforms.
