Creative Director – Experiential Agency

About the role

Fox Talent is partnering with a boutique experiential agency in Dubai to hire its first permanent Creative Director. This senior leader will shape the agency’s creative vision, guide concept development, and ensure flawless execution of brand experiences for luxury and lifestyle clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the agency’s creative vision, generating big ideas that anchor pitches and inspire production teams.
• Develop guest journeys and experience narratives, thinking spatially, emotionally and logistically.
• Produce presentation‑ready creative decks and ensure all output is on‑brand and deliverable.
• Collaborate daily with Client Services and Production to validate feasibility, budgeting and timelines.
• Mentor and grow the in‑house creative team, building processes and expanding the talent network.

Required profile

• Significant senior experience in experiential, events or brand experience agencies.
• Proven track record of leading concepts through to delivered experiences.
• Strong design foundations in 2D or 3D with ability to art‑direct across both.
• Exceptional presentation skills and a strategic mindset.
• Experience leading or mentoring a creative team and a network of trusted collaborators.
