Creative Producer – Content & Social

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Producer who will drive content and social media initiatives for Alined Creative and its clients. The role sits at the crossroads of creative direction, production and social strategy, and is ideal for a fast‑moving generalist who can turn ideas into high‑impact content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and shape content strategies and storytelling concepts for agency and client brands.
• Brainstorm campaign ideas, create decks, moodboards and reference material for creative proposals.
• Plan, coordinate and oversee shoots from pre‑production to execution, managing timelines, talent, locations and deliverables.
• Guide the creative direction of all content outputs, ensuring they meet brand standards and performance goals.
• Support social media planning, calendar management and content roll‑outs across platforms.
• Identify trends, formats and growth opportunities, monitor performance and iterate based on insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in content creation, creative production or social media.
• Based in Dubai and available full‑time.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple projects.
• Strong creative eye and the ability to balance strategy, creativity and execution.

Required skills

• Basic filming and editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci).
• Design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
