Creative Strategist - Paid Social and AI Content

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Creative Strategist to lead paid‑social and AI‑driven content for a fast‑growing DTC brand operating across the GCC. The role combines consumer psychology, data‑driven media planning and cutting‑edge AI tools to produce high‑performing ad creatives for Meta, Snapchat and TikTok.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall creative strategy on Meta, Snapchat and TikTok to drive profitable growth.
• Research competitors, consumer insights and market trends to uncover winning angles.
• Develop ad hooks, scripts, briefs and concepts for static and video formats, including creator‑led assets.
• Own the weekly creative testing pipeline, generate new messaging formats and refine existing ones.
• Guide internal graphic designers and video editors to ensure high‑quality outputs.
• Partner with media buyers to analyse performance data (Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and decide what to scale.
• Leverage AI production tools to accelerate ideation and creative workflows.
• Build scalable systems and SOPs to support brand expansion in the UAE and KSA.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a Creative Strategist for DTC e‑commerce brands.
• Deep operational knowledge of Meta, Snapchat and TikTok advertising ecosystems.
• Fluency in written and spoken Arabic for GCC targeting.
• Strong understanding of consumer psychology and regional buying behaviour.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools for rapid content ideation and testing.
• Background creating direct‑response video and static ad concepts.
• Prior experience in beauty, wellness, supplements or consumer retail preferred.
