CRM Manager - Projects & Growth

About the role

Nexa is seeking an experienced CRM Manager to lead HubSpot implementation projects from kickoff to go‑live. You will act as the primary client contact, ensuring timelines, quality, and client confidence throughout the engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery and kick‑off sessions, identify quick wins and set client expectations.
• Conduct demo calls, configure demo assets, and showcase HubSpot’s value.
• Oversee the full onboarding lifecycle, including project planning, data migration, configuration of pipelines, workflows and automations.
• Collaborate with an Implementation Specialist who handles the technical build.
• Track project milestones, flag risks early, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients, keeping them informed and in control.
• Identify opportunities for clients to expand their use of HubSpot and drive growth conversations.

Required profile

• Proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end CRM implementation projects on time and within scope.
• Strong client‑facing skills; comfortable running discovery sessions and managing expectations.
• Highly organized, accountable and able to flag risks before they become issues.
• Clear, confident communicator who can translate complex CRM concepts into plain language.
• Commercially aware and growth‑mindset, able to propose additional HubSpot capabilities.
