CRM Marketing Executive

About the role

The CRM Marketing Executive will design and execute customer‑centric marketing journeys for our beauty franchise brands. Working closely with graphic design, marketing, and e‑commerce teams, you will ensure seamless, data‑driven communication across all digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define customer journeys for each brand segment and create milestone‑aligned content.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to produce assets that follow brand guidelines.
• Develop, launch, and optimise digital marketing campaigns based on business goals and customer insights.
• Ensure 360° alignment of social media, e‑commerce, retail, and triggered communications.
• Set up and maintain marketing automation tools, including logic configuration and segmentation.
• Execute A/B testing, analyse results, and provide optimisation recommendations.
• Perform post‑campaign data analysis to deliver actionable customer insights.
• Identify emerging digital‑marketing trends and evaluate new tools, especially in mobile marketing.
• Support one‑to‑one customer communication initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM tools.
• Strong stakeholder communication and analytical thinking.
• Creative mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
