Customer Care Specialist – Arabic Speaking Required

About the role

The Customer Care Specialist provides professional support across phone, WhatsApp, email and walk‑in channels, ensuring a high‑quality experience for Arabic‑speaking customers. The role involves verifying B2B orders, managing tickets, and maintaining accurate records to boost satisfaction and support the company’s success goals.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and in‑person, providing accurate product, order and policy information.
• Verify B2B sales orders, coordinate with sales to resolve discrepancies before confirmation.
• Register and update customer data in ERP/CRM systems, ensuring complete and accurate profiles.
• Create and monitor support tickets, coordinate with internal teams, and keep customers informed of status.
• Handle complaints, resolve simple issues directly and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Track order fulfillment, communicate delivery updates, and coordinate with logistics.
• Provide product information on aroma diffusers, fragrance oils, perfumes and accessories.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, Marketing or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in customer service or care, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple requests and produce regular reports.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
