Customer Lifecycle Manager – Corporate Services

About the role

The Customer Lifecycle Manager will drive customer engagement and deliver exceptional experiences across the ultra‑high‑net‑worth, retail and automotive finance segments. You will design and execute end‑to‑end communication strategies that support digital sales growth and increase overall customer value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive lifecycle communication plans from onboarding through retention.
• Partner with lifestyle alliances and partnership teams to embed offers into customer journeys.
• Create and manage personalized communication flows that enhance the customer experience and boost digital sales.
• Analyse performance metrics to continuously optimise engagement tactics and improve satisfaction.
• Ensure all communications meet regulatory standards and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to share insights and build cohesive customer‑management strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience in customer lifecycle or engagement roles.
• Proven ability to design and execute communication strategies for UHNW, retail or automotive finance customers.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance analysis and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with partnership, compliance and brand teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and brand compliance in the financial services sector.
