Customer Relationship Officer – UAE Nationals (RAK, Fujairah, Ajman)

About the role

To comply with country regulations, Emirates Islamic Bank is seeking UAE nationals to join the team as a Customer Relationship Officer, serving Priority Banking customers across Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Ajman.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end service to Priority Banking customers, ensuring requests and complaints are handled within bank TATs.
• Support Relationship Managers by taking ownership of queries, applications, system requests and complaint resolution.
• Prioritise customers visiting Priority Centres and aim for first‑contact resolution wherever possible.
• Escalate complex issues, follow up until resolution, and ensure post‑resolution customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to bank policies, report discrepancies, and safeguard the bank’s interests.
• Cross‑sell bank products to ensure each Priority Banking customer holds at least five products.

Required profile

• High School diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Banking, Business Administration or related field).
• Relevant experience in customer service or banking operations, preferably supporting priority or corporate clients.
• UAE national eligibility as stipulated by local regulations.
