About the role
Join Concentrix as a bilingual Customer Service Advisor supporting medical‑related products and services. You will interact with customers through multiple channels and help deliver a superior brand experience.
Key responsibilities
- Review customer requests and respond according to their needs and situations.
- Provide customer service support and resolve routine problems via phone, email, chat or social media.
- Develop your tech skills and use software solutions that improve people’s lives.
- Champion better brand experiences for customers and clients.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in any related field.
- Proficient or bilingual in Arabic and English.
- Proactive, self‑motivated and solution‑oriented.
- Available to work rotating and weekend shifts.
- Open to diverse backgrounds and eager to learn.
