Customer Service Coordinator – Mall of the Emirates

About the role

The Customer Service Coordinator will support the execution and delivery of the bespoke Customer Service program at Mall of the Emirates. Working under the guidance of the Supervisor and Team Leader, you will ensure the Information Desk operates smoothly and delivers high‑quality service to visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of mall services, amenities, store locations and promotional activities.
• Ensure day‑to‑day operations of the Customer Service Information Desk follow established processes.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, providing directions, event information and answering queries.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in line with policies, maintaining courtesy and professionalism.
• Execute the Gift Card program and ensure all payment handling complies with prescribed procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a reputable shopping centre or luxury hotel environment, preferably within the GCC or abroad.
