About the role

MosquitoNet.ae, a leading provider of premium mosquito net and home protection solutions in the UAE, is seeking a motivated Customer Service Executive. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates who want to start their career in a dynamic, customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online chat.
• Answer product, order, delivery, and after‑sales inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Process orders accurately and keep CRM records up‑to‑date.
• Coordinate with Sales and Logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution.
• Identify recurring issues and feedback, reporting them to management.
• Maintain a positive, customer‑first attitude in all interactions.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate who completed studies in the UAE.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for customer service.
