About the role

Zurich Insurance in Dubai is seeking a Customer Service Officer who will handle customer requests via phone or written communication, ensuring high‑quality service and strong relationships. The role is open exclusively to UAE nationals and contributes to Zurich’s mission of helping communities manage risk.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve productivity, efficiency and quality targets.
• Process a variety of customer requests while demonstrating knowledge of systems, products and procedures.
• Build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
• Collaborate across operational areas and support a positive team culture.
• Resolve basic queries from customers and agents.
• Identify and forward continuous‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• UAE national with a Family Book.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a related field, preferably insurance or employee benefits.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AS400 system.
• Experience using Content Navigator.
