About the role

The Hospital Front Desk team is looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and billing support. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from check‑in to checkout.

Key responsibilities

• Register patients, complete pre‑registration forms and verify financial details.
• Update and maintain accurate patient records in the hospital information system.
• Schedule appointments, send reminders, and handle transfers or cancellations.
• Answer telephone inquiries, screen patient information and provide assistance.
• Perform cashier duties: enter charges, collect payments, and resolve billing queries.
• Liaise with insurance and finance departments to ensure proper claim processing.
