Customer Service Representative – Polymer Industry (Dubai)

About the role

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will act as the primary point of contact for customers in the polymer industry, ensuring smooth order processing, timely communication, and high satisfaction levels. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of international trade and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end order management, handling orders through email, phone or ERP and ensuring timely processing.
• Manage customer feedback, resolve complaints promptly and escalate when necessary to maintain satisfaction.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to guarantee product availability and on‑time shipment.
• Oversee document management, ensuring accurate invoicing and compliance with service level agreements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in customer service, logistics or export‑focused roles.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, export documentation and logistics.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, multitask and pay close attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
