About the role

Unilever is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to strengthen its Arabia market focus and drive the customer‑centricity agenda. In this role you will work across demand, supply and CX teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

Drive the Number 1 Supplier agenda program for the region.
Monitor shipment generation centrally for Arabia and track weekly coverage status.
Coordinate loss‑tree analysis and corrective‑action plans with relevant stakeholders.
Track and improve customer‑service KPIs such as service level, OTIF and case fill rate.
Lead cross‑functional alignment between demand, supply and CX teams.
Identify service gaps and proactively implement continuous‑improvement actions.

Required profile

Strong analytical and finance acumen.
Data‑driven mindset with solid problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
Advanced Excel and reporting skills (Power BI is a plus).
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
