Customer Success Engineer Dubai

About the role

Aikido Security is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to join its fast‑growing team in Dubai. You will act as the bridge between customers in the MENAT region and our developer‑first security platform, helping them adopt the product, realize value, and stay engaged.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with at‑risk accounts to prevent churn.
• Drive product adoption and maximize customer value.
• Escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Debug and troubleshoot workflow problems.
• Lead onboarding and deployment for new clients.
• Deliver training sessions to customer teams.
• Share customer insights with the product team.

Required profile

• Mid‑level to senior professional with experience in customer success, technical account management, or a similar role.
• Tech‑savvy with the ability to investigate and debug technical workflows.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, "get stuff done" attitude.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English.
