Customer Success Manager – SAP Academy (UAE National)

About the role

The SAP Academy for Customer Success offers a 10‑month learn‑apply program that prepares UAE nationals to become Customer Success Managers (CSM) for SAP Cloud solutions. You will work closely with customers throughout their journey, from contract signing to value realization, while developing deep product and industry knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through the implementation and adoption of SAP Cloud products.
• Monitor customer health, milestones, and business case achievement.
• Drive customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal SAP teams to provide strategic guidance and resolve issues.
• Participate in classroom and field phases, applying learning directly to customer engagements.

Required profile

• UAE national with a strong interest in technology and customer success.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑changing digital environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SAP Cloud solutions.
