Data Governance Developer

About the role

The role is responsible for designing, building and maintaining master and reference data management solutions on the TIBCO EBX platform for Mediclinic’s Dubai corporate office. You will develop Java components, data models, workflows and integrations while ensuring data quality, security and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse, design, develop, implement and maintain EBX‑based data management solutions.
• Execute platform upgrades, migrations and the divisional carve‑out of the EBX environment.
• Develop and monitor data quality controls within the solutions.
• Maintain EBX infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines and manage releases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors and ICT teams to deliver and support solutions.

Required profile

• 3‑year degree or diploma in Computer Science, Data Engineering or related ICT field.
• At least 5 years of Java development experience and 3+ years hands‑on with TIBCO EBX (or comparable MDM platform).
• 5‑8 years of experience in master and reference data management.
• Experience with Azure, CI/CD pipelines and LDAP/SSO integration is desirable.
• Background in server administration and healthcare industry is a plus.
