Dealer Relationship Executive – Auctions (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Dealer Relationship Executive to manage and market assigned dealer relationships for our auction platform. The role focuses on delivering top‑tier customer service, building strong dealer partnerships, and generating contracts that align with our credit risk and profitability models.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain high‑quality relationships with dealers, providing industry‑leading service.
• Manage and market assigned dealer accounts to meet quality, pricing, and volume targets.
• Log dealer visits, gather feedback, and ensure dealers remain active on the platform.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and margin objectives.
• Design dealer segregation and maintain bidding activity above 95%.
• Negotiate contracts to secure the highest margins for the company.
• Update systems promptly and meet dealers weekly to strengthen relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 3‑5 years experience in used or new vehicle sales, purchases, and management.
• Valid UAE driver’s licence.
• In‑depth knowledge of the GCC used‑car market and vehicle specifications.
• Analytical, data‑driven mindset with strong segmentation skills.
• Proven ability to meet measurable KPIs and drive commercial results.
• Excellent negotiation, marketing and sales capabilities.
• Professional attitude, ambitious, competitive, and a team player.
