Demand Manager – Revenue Management

About the role

Etihad Airways is seeking a commercially driven Demand Manager to join its Revenue Management team. In this role you will combine analytics, market intelligence and strategic thinking to forecast demand, optimise revenue and influence the performance of the airline’s global network.

Key responsibilities

• Own demand forecasting for assigned markets and contribute to network revenue and PRASK targets.
• Develop accurate forecasts across cabin class, departure time, day of week, origin and destination.
• Lead demand and revenue strategies during peak travel periods, holidays and special events.
• Analyse market trends, customer demand patterns and competitor pricing to identify opportunities and risks.
• Monitor revenue performance, validate system outputs and continuously refine forecasts.
• Collaborate with Network Planning, Sales, Marketing, Loyalty, Alliances and E‑commerce to align strategies.
• Leverage advanced revenue management systems and analytical tools to drive innovation and process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities.
• Experience in revenue management, demand planning, pricing, aviation analytics or commercial strategy.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of market dynamics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Passion for the aviation industry.
