Deputy Boutique Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Deputy Boutique Manager supports the Boutique Manager in achieving sustainable business ambitions by ensuring excellent boutique operations and upholding Jaeger‑LeCoultre’s brand standards at Dubai Mall. This role combines operational oversight, team leadership and client relationship management in a luxury watch environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with group policies, commercial rules and retail procedures, including selling, customer service, stock management and security.
• Oversee safety, security and boutique maintenance, managing supplier procurements and audit preparation.
• Manage day‑to‑day boutique operations, inventory levels, stock movements, receptions, shipping and consignments while minimizing losses.
• Coordinate opening and closing procedures, support client service flows, and assist on the sales floor as needed.
• Partner with the Boutique Manager to achieve sales targets, develop client portfolios and execute boutique action plans.
• Motivate and schedule the team, handle recruitment needs, onboard new members and provide training on brand history and collections.
• Lead client advising, ensure a luxurious boutique environment, and implement CRM strategies to grow the client database.

Required profile

• Result‑oriented, self‑driven professional comfortable in a high‑standards luxury environment.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and team‑player attitude with a passion for exceptional client experiences.
• Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably in watches or jewellery.
• Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English; additional language is a plus.
