Developer Relations Manager

About the role

As a Developer Relations Manager you will own the strategy, execution, and outcomes for Roblox’s developer growth in the Middle East region. You will work directly with publishers, developers, emerging studios, and industry partners to drive adoption, accelerate development, and build long‑term ecosystem relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Set team goals, monitor progress and conversation trends with key partners.
• Partner with data scientists, product, engineering and leadership across Roblox.
• Act as the voice of regional partners, identifying critical action items that impact product growth.
• Communicate regional risk factors and make data‑driven decisions.
• Represent Roblox at industry events and share impact reports with the company.

Required profile

• Based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
• 6+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Proactive communication with all key stakeholders.
• Experience launching technical products in international markets.
• Researcher mindset able to quickly understand target‑audience needs.
• Passionate, positive energy and a role model for teamwork.
• Data‑ and feedback‑driven decision making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
