DevSecOps Lead – Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced DevSecOps Lead to design, implement and govern secure, automated CI/CD pipelines for our Digital Agile Release Train in Abu Dhabi. The role combines deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement an end‑to‑end DevSecOps strategy aligned with Agile Release Train delivery.
• Architect, standardise and govern CI/CD pipelines across multiple digital products.
• Embed security controls (Shift‑Left) and integrate automated testing, scanning and compliance reporting.
• Lead cloud automation (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure‑as‑code provisioning.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, InfoSec and senior business stakeholders, and mentor DevOps engineers.

Required profile

• 15+ years of IT experience, with hands‑on DevSecOps leadership.
• Proven ability to design and operate secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Passport mandatory for employment in Abu Dhabi.
