Digital and Media Support Officer (Internship)

About the role

The Digital & Media Support Officer internship offers UAE nationals hands‑on experience in managing digital content, supporting media activities and assisting basic marketing functions within a hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day digital and media activities, including content uploads, updates and basic design coordination.
• Assist in managing social media platforms by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement and maintaining content calendars.
• Help update website content under supervision to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Collect and organise digital assets such as photos, videos and promotional materials from internal teams.
• Prepare basic reports on digital performance metrics like engagement, reach and website activity.
• Support media documentation, file organisation and digital asset management processes.
• Assist with event coverage preparation, including media coordination and content compilation.
• Ensure adherence to company branding guidelines and digital communication standards.

Required profile

• UAE national with a high school diploma; a diploma or bachelor’s in Marketing, Media, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in digital media, marketing support, communications or administration; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Availability to work four days a week, five hours per day.
