About the role
The Digital Communication Officer will support registration operations and provide essential administrative assistance within the office. This role ensures smooth handling of student enrollment processes, maintains accurate records, and collaborates with admissions and student affairs teams.
Key responsibilities
- Register students and process enrollment requests and certifications.
- Maintain accurate Student Information System records, both active and archived.
- Generate and manage mailing lists for students as required.
- Process academic standing items such as registration, grades, transcripts, and warnings.
- Coordinate with the Admissions Office and Student Affairs Office on enrollment matters.
- Handle physical and electronic student files, including clearances.
- Produce academic reports for management.
- Staff the registration counter and assist the Registrar/Assistant Registrar with daily duties.
- Support Moodle administration and related tasks.
