Digital Lead SCADA Sales – MEA

About the role

ABB is looking for a Digital Lead to drive SCADA sales across the Middle East and Africa. You will shape the digital strategy, roadmap and growth initiatives for SCADA solutions, working closely with cross‑functional teams and regional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the SCADA sales strategy and roadmap for the MEA region.
• Apply solution‑consulting and solution‑selling techniques to understand customer buying behavior and design appropriate business models.
• Accelerate adoption of SCADA offerings through local contextualisation and digital pre‑sales support.
• Lead sales and business‑development activities, leveraging digital expertise to close deals.
• Collaborate with the IMEA digital sales team to ensure profitable growth and execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience selling SCADA solutions to Oil & Gas pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation and SCADA technologies.
• Engineering degree with proven experience in industrial automation.
• Excellent presentation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
