Director, Business Development – Middle East

About the role

Anduril’s Middle East team is looking for a high‑initiative, collaborative individual to join as a Business Development Director. The role owns shaping, capturing and executing business development opportunities with international partners across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and capture new business opportunities in the Middle East, including extensive international travel and trade‑show coordination.
• Develop capture strategies, business plans and execution models aligned with investment and program‑of‑record goals.
• Grow existing accounts by partnering with execution teams and product engineers to expand current work and explore new areas.
• Monitor regional buying cycles, forecast revenue and shape technology development plans based on customer roadmaps and competitive landscape.
• Represent Anduril to clients, partners and the public, communicating value propositions and win themes.

Required profile

• Prior acquisition or operational experience with defense systems across various roles and missions.
• Experience working with foreign militaries or ministries of defense in the Middle East, with established relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior executives and customers.
• Willingness to travel up to 50‑75% of the time.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S., U.K., Canadian, New Zealand or Australian Secret security clearance.
