About the role

The Director, Executive Office will act as a trusted partner to the senior leadership team of a leading education institution in Ajman. This senior position drives strategic priorities, ensures organisational alignment and supports executive decision‑making across the university.

Key responsibilities

• Drive execution of strategic priorities across multiple functions and stakeholder groups.
• Provide high‑level advisory support and decision‑ready insights to senior leadership.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring accountability, alignment and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate governance processes, executive meetings and strategic projects.
• Manage executive communications, briefing materials and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Monitor progress against organisational objectives and identify risks, challenges and opportunities.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, executive leadership support, consulting or organisational transformation.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in complex, fast‑paced environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Exceptional analytical, communication and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Track record of driving execution and delivering results across diverse teams.
• High levels of professionalism, discretion and judgement.
