About the role
We are seeking a seasoned construction leader to steer White Star Contracting’s Construction Unit in Dubai. The role involves aligning the unit’s strategy with client business needs, delivering projects that meet the highest standards of safety, quality, time and budget.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure the construction strategy is defined according to client requirements and cascaded across all functions of the unit.
- Oversee professional execution of construction activities, guaranteeing compliance with client policies, procedures and value‑for‑money objectives.
- Lead the Construction Unit, providing strategic direction, operational oversight and guidance while maintaining safety, quality, schedule and budget targets.
- Manage costs and budgets across all sections and functions within the unit.
- Act as the client’s single point of accountability for the Construction Unit.
Required profile
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the infrastructure sector.
