About the role

The Director of Omni-Channel for the Beauty Division will shape and deliver a seamless, profitable omni‑channel experience across retail, eCommerce, CRM and digital touchpoints for a leading luxury retailer.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Beauty division’s end‑to‑end omni‑channel strategy across retail, eCommerce, CRM and digital touchpoints to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Lead and scale the eCommerce function, overseeing trading, performance marketing, operations and profitability with full P&L ownership.
• Own and drive the CRM strategy to strengthen customer acquisition, engagement, retention and lifetime value across all channels.
• Monitor and analyse omni‑channel performance, turning data and insights into actionable growth and optimisation initiatives.
• Manage omni‑channel budgets, ensuring strong ROI and alignment with business priorities.
• Partner closely with marketing, commercial and central omni‑channel teams to ensure integrated and consistent execution across brands.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in omni‑channel, eCommerce or digital retail, preferably within luxury or premium beauty portfolios.
• Strong commercial acumen with full P&L responsibility.
• Ability to translate customer insight and data into strategic initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
