Director of Residences

About the role

The Director of Residences will lead the end‑to‑end homeowner experience for Rixos’ luxury residences on Dubai Islands, ensuring the brand’s legendary service standards are delivered at every touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the homeowner journey across all five phases: Handover, Welcome & Orientation, The Art of Living Well, Community, Seamless Living, and Rental Program management.
• Maintain Rixos service excellence by implementing comprehensive operational procedures.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with homeowners, acting as their primary advisor for residential needs and lifestyle enhancements.
• Oversee property operations, including maintenance, security, concierge, housekeeping, and amenity management.
• Collaborate with departmental managers to deliver integrated services across Property & Maintenance, Lifestyle & Domestic Services, Hospitality Services, Community & Communication, and Security & Access.
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation for residential operations.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a high‑performing residential team aligned with Rixos values.
• Coordinate with Homeowners Association management for transparent governance and community harmony.
• Implement health, safety, and security protocols while preserving a welcoming atmosphere.
• Drive continuous improvement through homeowner feedback analysis.
• Represent Rixos in local community engagement and coordinate special events for residents.
• Foster collaboration between the Residences and the hotel teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field.
• Proven senior leadership experience in luxury hospitality or residential services.
• Strong track record of managing multi‑disciplinary teams and delivering high‑quality guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
