Director of Residences

About the role

The Director of Residences will lead the complete homeowner journey at Rixos Dubai Islands, ensuring the brand’s legendary service standards are delivered across all phases of residence life. This senior role combines operational oversight, relationship management, and strategic community development within a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and orchestrate the homeowner journey across the five phases: Handover, Welcome & Orientation, The Art of Living Well, Community, Seamless Living, and Rental Program management.
• Implement and uphold Rixos service standards through comprehensive operational procedures.
• Build lasting relationships with homeowners, acting as primary contact and trusted advisor.
• Oversee property operations, including maintenance, security, concierge, housekeeping, and amenity management.
• Collaborate with departmental managers to deliver integrated services across Property & Maintenance, Lifestyle & Domestic Services, Hospitality Services, Community & Communication, and Security & Access.
• Manage financial performance and budgeting for residential operations.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a high‑performing residential team aligned with Rixos values.
• Coordinate with Homeowners Association management to ensure transparent governance.
• Implement health, safety, and security protocols while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Drive continuous improvement through homeowner feedback analysis.
• Represent Rixos in local community engagement and coordinate special events and celebrations for residents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration or a related field.
• Proven senior leadership experience in luxury hotel or residential operations.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and operational performance.
• Ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and security standards in a hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset.
