Director of Revenue

About the role

As the Director of Revenue at Pullman Dubai Downtown, you will lead the hotel’s revenue strategy, ensuring financial performance aligns with market opportunities and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies that support the hotel’s financial objectives and market positioning.
• Analyse competitive landscape, market dynamics and consumer behaviour to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Monitor and manage KPIs such as RevPAR, ADR, occupancy and revenue targets across all segments.
• Prepare detailed financial forecasts, budgets and revenue projections using advanced analytical tools and historical data.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align pricing with promotional campaigns and market positioning.
• Conduct regular competitive analysis and market intelligence gathering to stay abreast of industry trends.

Required profile

• 5–7 years progressive experience in revenue management and hotel operations, preferably within a 5‑star international brand.
• Strong expertise in pricing, demand forecasting, inventory optimisation and revenue strategies.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with RMS, PMS and CRS systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis, reporting and business intelligence tools.
