Director of Strategy Office

About the role

The Director of Strategy Office will lead the management of assets, facilities operations, engineering projects and support services. The role ensures operational efficiency, sustainability, safety and service excellence across the organization while aligning with approved policies and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational plans for asset and facility management, including preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Oversee facilities service contracts, monitor contractors and service providers against agreed service levels and performance standards.
• Maintain accurate asset records, monitor conditions, and identify improvement and development requirements.
• Manage engineering, construction, renovation, maintenance and development projects, reviewing technical studies, designs and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements across all facilities.
• Prepare periodic operational, technical and performance reports and recommend improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in asset management, facilities management, engineering project management or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing facilities operations, engineering projects, contractors, service providers and operational budgets.
