Director – Transfer Pricing

About the role

Young Global is seeking a senior leader to head its Transfer Pricing practice in Dubai. The Director will guide clients through UAE and OECD transfer pricing requirements, ensuring compliance and adding strategic value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage Transfer Pricing engagements for local and multinational clients.
• Advise clients on UAE Transfer Pricing and OECD guidelines.
• Review and produce Transfer Pricing documentation, benchmarking studies, and inter‑company agreements.
• Support clients with Transfer Pricing planning, compliance, and audit defence.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Drive business development initiatives and mentor the Transfer Pricing team.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of Transfer Pricing experience, including at least 2 years in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax, UAE Transfer Pricing regulations, OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and international tax principles.
• Proven experience managing client engagements and leading teams.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, ADIT, CTA or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership and business development skills.
