About the role

FedEx is seeking a high‑velocity District Sales Manager to lead its field sales strategy across the United Arab Emirates. You will be the primary architect of revenue growth, linking local market opportunities with global business objectives in the express and freight forwarding sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive market leadership by identifying and capturing emerging business opportunities in the UAE express and logistics market.
  • Lead, mentor and inspire a team of 11 sales professionals, fostering a high‑performance culture that consistently exceeds targets.
  • Oversee the full sales funnel—from ground‑level prospecting to executive reporting and pipeline management.
  • Leverage freight forwarding expertise to deliver end‑to‑end logistics solutions and ensure FedEx remains the preferred partner.
  • Manage budgets, forecast revenue and navigate international trade complexities.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Customer Experience teams to uphold the “FedEx promise” for every client.

Required profile

  • 3–5 years of proven success in a sales leadership role, preferably within express or logistics.
  • Deep familiarity with the UAE commercial landscape and freight forwarding requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams and drive professional development.
  • Exceptional negotiation and executive‑level communication skills.
  • UAE national preferred in line with the Nafis program.
