Door Ambassador – Guest Arrival Expert

About the role

First impressions matter at W Hotels Dubai. As a Door Ambassador you will welcome guests on arrival and ensure a warm, memorable departure, acting as the face of the property.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests at the entrance, provide check‑in assistance and answer initial enquiries.
• Guide guests to the lobby or their rooms, offering information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Handle guest requests promptly, including luggage assistance and coordination with other departments.
• Process operational tasks such as reporting, documentation and incident handling.
• Maintain a clean and safe entrance area, adhering to health and safety standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk and move for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
• Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards.

Required skills

• Customer service orientation.
• Basic computer literacy for reporting.
