About the role

Join a premier hospitality group as the first point of contact for guests at ultra‑luxury properties in Dubai. You will create a memorable first impression and set the tone for a premium hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Guest Welcome: Deliver a gracious, personalized greeting to all guests and residents.
• Concierge Support: Assist with luggage handling, taxi coordination and valet services.
• Security & Access: Monitor entrance access, verify credentials discreetly and maintain a secure environment.
• Local Expertise: Provide accurate directions and recommendations for attractions, dining and transport.
• Service Excellence: Anticipate guest needs and collaborate with concierge and front‑office teams.
• Brand Ambassador: Uphold the highest standards of grooming, etiquette and professionalism.

Required profile

• Presence: Tall, well‑groomed and approachable.
• Experience: Background in luxury hospitality, high‑end retail or similar customer‑facing roles.
• Communication: Excellent verbal English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French, Mandarin, Italian, Spanish) are a plus.
• Attitude: Passion for service, calm and courteous under pressure.
• Availability: Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays in a 24/7 environment.
